Leadline Inc. is seeking a Data Center Physical Access Provisioning Manager in Charleston, SC, to oversee access control operations in a critical infrastructure environment. This role involves managing the provisioning process, compliance audits, and working closely with various stakeholders to enhance security measures.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in physical security, a strong understanding of access control systems, and leadership skills. Occasional travel to various data center sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in physical security operations, with 2+ years in a data center environment.
• 2+ years of experience directly managing a team.
• Familiarity with enterprise Physical Access Control Systems and biometric authentication technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end physical access provisioning process.
• Lead periodic access audits to enforce the principle of Least Privilege.
• Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate team members in a 24/7 environment.
