Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Manassas, VA is seeking a Data Center Security Manager (individual contributor) to drive physical security across multiple facilities within driving distance. You will monitor security operations, coordinate with vendors, and implement access controls and surveillance improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing security operations with security vendors/contractors.
• Experience with access control and CCTV systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational security across multiple data center facilities located within a short driving distance.
• Interface with vendors for security construction, repairs, daily security operations and patrols.
• Extract metrics and observe improvements by looking at hard data and reports to management.
• Write and implement security processes and procedures, and educate occupants on false alarm reductions.
