The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, basic MS Office knowledge, and excellent typing and 10-key speed (40 WPM). Background and drug screenings are required.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Excellent touch typing and 10-key skills with ~40 WPM.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Thrives with minimal supervision and remains dependable and discreet.

Responsibilities

• Review electronic documents and accurately key designated fields from images (KFI).
• Review, analyze, and classify documents according to criteria.
• Operate and maintain scanning equipment and adjust settings to optimize image quality.
• Follow all data capture procedures and protect confidential information (PHI/PII).
• Contribute to meeting daily and monthly performance goals.

What You'll Do

• Review electronic documents and accurately key designated fields from image (KFI).


• Review, analyze, and classify documents according to established criteria.


• Operate and maintain scanning equipment, adjusting settings as needed to optimize image quality.


• Follow all data capture procedures, rules, and processes consistently.


• Safeguard confidential information, including Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
