Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking a Data & Business Intelligence Analyst to design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reporting that inform strategic decisions across Banking Operations, Finance, and Technology.

You will build self-service BI solutions, standardize reporting, and deliver executive packages with accurate metrics. This role emphasizes data governance, process improvement, and collaboration with leaders to drive performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business analytics, MIS, finance, economics, statistics, mathematics or computer science (or related field).
• 3-5 years of experience in BI, data analytics, reporting and visualization.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Experience supporting operational or commercial banking functions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reporting, analytics, and data solutions.
• Build self-service reports enabling real-time performance visibility for leaders.
• Consolidate and standardize reporting across business units.
