Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a hands-on Data & BI Manager to lead a five-person team across Data Engineering and Power BI while modernizing the enterprise data architecture. You’ll influence architecture decisions, data modeling, BI strategy, and how information moves from source systems through the organization.

You’ll partner with senior leadership to develop roadmaps, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and mentor a talented team.

Qualifications

• Senior Level experience in data/BI leadership.
• Hands-on data engineering background with leadership track.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise data architecture and BI strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead a five-person Data Engineering and BI team.
• Modernize the organization’s data architecture across Azure and BI tools.
