Job summary

Chandra Technologies, Inc is seeking a data analytics and dashboard specialist to design public-facing dashboards, analyze real estate, fleet, and financial data, and support CRM systems. This role is fully onsite on weekdays with ET hours and requires willingness to travel for onsite work as needed.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights, document dashboards for future modification, and contribute to SDLC processes using Tableau, SQL, and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Public-facing dashboard design and deployment experience.
• Working knowledge of database principles and design.
• CRM development and support experience using popular platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis on real estate, fleet, and financial data to drive insights.
• Support admin management initiatives using Excel, Tableau, Power BI, R, Python, and SAS.
• Develop and support CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot).
• Create detailed documentation to facilitate dashboard use and future modifications.

Candidate Location: No South Carolina residency required. Open to nationwide candidates; must be able to work eastern time zone hours. All travelrelated costs for onsite work will be the responsibility of the resource, regardless of the frequency of onsite work.

• Assist with support of tableau environment and associated public-facing dashboards.
• Perform development and/or support in CRM such as salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot.
• Participate in software development lifecycle and methodologies such as waterfall, agile, scrum, lean, and devops.
