Job summary

CornerStone TTS seeks a Data / Information Architect to drive public dashboards and data initiatives across real estate, fleet, and financial datasets. You will analyze data, support CRM systems, and produce clear documentation to enable adoption and future enhancements.

You will work in Agile/DevOps settings, partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven reporting strategies and actionable insights. This role requires ETL and dashboard development expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Working knowledge of database principles and data design.
• CRM development and support experience.
• Strong data analysis and business analysis skills.
• Ability to explain and document complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and support Tableau dashboards, including public-facing reporting solutions.
• Perform data analysis using Excel, Tableau, Power BI, R, Python, SAS, and similar tools.
• Develop and support solutions in MS SQL Server Management Studio, Azure Synapse, or comparable database environments.
• Support CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
• Create clear technical and user documentation to support dashboard adoption and future enhancements.
• Participate in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Lean, and DevOps delivery environments.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-focused strategies and reporting solutions.

Candidates may be located nationwide but must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours and work onsite in Columbia, SC. All onsite travel-related expenses are the responsibility of the resource.
