What You'll Do

• Manage Data Flow: Enter, audit, and reconcile data across ERP, CRM, and field apps like JobNimbus, Google Drive, and CompanyCam.
• Generate Dashboards: Create Excel/Sheets or Power BI dashboards to deliver actionable insights for project managers and executives.
• Automate Tasks: Use formulas, Zapier/Make, or low-code tools to reduce manual inputs and improve workflow efficiency.
• Uphold Standards: Train team members on data best practices, enforce SOPs, and ensure data integrity supports transparent communication.
• Field Coordination: Gather and organize site photos, drone imagery, material receipts, and other documentation from field teams.
• Support Admin Tasks: Assist with scheduling in the system and preparing large contract paperwork packages.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience:1-3 years in data entry, project coordination, or operations support (construction/roofing experience preferred).
• Technical Skills: Spreadsheet fluency; familiarity with Power BI, Smartsheet, SQL, and field software tools is a plus.
• Detail-Driven:Meticulous in data accuracy and process documentation with a proactive 'fix-it-now' mindset.
• Communicator: Clear, confident, and comfortable working with teams across departments.
• Credentialed: Associates degree preferred. Bonus if you hold a Google Data Analytics Certificate.
• Being bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus for supporting field communication.
