Job summary

Satair USA, Inc. is seeking a Data & Automation Manager to drive analytics, automation, and data products for global Commercial teams. You will lead dashboards in Skywise and Qlik, apply data mesh concepts, and partner with the COE and external stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.

The role combines data engineering, business analytics, and AI-enabled automation in a hybrid environment with occasional travel, based in Herndon, VA, or adjacent sites in the US.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Business Information Technology or similar.
• 3+ years of related experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analytics, or Process Automation role.
• AI programming certifications preferred; additional certifications in process improvement methods (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data availability and compliance in Data Analytics platforms and data products.
• Create, maintain, and own data products and dashboards in Skywise, Qlik, and other tools.
• Leverage AI to develop automation solutions and explore new Data & Automation solutions.
• Use business data and statistical methods to provide insights into performance and opportunities.
• Lead and deploy improvements with stakeholders and provide training on digital applications and Robotics.
