Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking an AI/BI Analyst to join the BI Reporting & Analytics Team within the GP Consumer Products Group. The role focuses on creating new AI agents and automations using Databricks Genie Agents, Claude/Cowork, Cursor AI, and other platforms, while maintaining CPG's BI environment with Qlik, Power BI, and Databricks.

You will translate business needs into scalable AI/BI solutions, collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, and help ensure data governance and reliable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications required.
• 0-3 years of experience in business, IT, or data/analytics functions.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and design AI agents for CPG use cases.
• Build and maintain AI agents and automations using Databricks Genie Agents, Claude/Cowork, Cursor AI, and other platforms.
• Partner with CPG business teams to scale the organization’s AI environment.
• Maintain and support BI dashboards in Qlik, Power BI, and Databricks, with updates and troubleshooting.
• Write SQL queries to support analysis, agent development, and reporting.
• Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements.
