PIMCO Ltd. - Pacific Investment Management Company in Newport Beach, CA seeks a Business Process & Automation Analyst to connect workflows, data sources, and platforms for accurate reporting and scalable DDQ/RFP responses.

The role supports BDS, CDG, and CROS through analytics, automation development, and business intelligence reporting, with a focus on governance and efficient processes across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in financial services, asset management, or management consulting.
• Proficient in Excel (including VBA) and coding/querying languages such as Python and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business users, data owners, technology partners, and platform stakeholders to improve information flow across BDS, CDG, and CROS.
• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows, reporting solutions, and governed content repositories.
• Support DDQ software and DDQ/RFP automation workflows with validated data feeds and drafted narrative answers.
• Partner with CDG to strengthen consultant database governance and data quality controls.
• Partner with BDS to improve DDQ/RFP intake, content library hygiene, tagging, and AI-enabled responses.
• Partner with CROS to deliver executive analytics, dashboards, CRM analysis, and Power BI coordination.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and standardize scalable operating models across functions.
• Produce reporting and dashboards for consultant relations, opportunity tracking, and management updates.
