Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Client Delivery Specialist Associate to join the Automation team within the Data Solution department. This role will ensure a seamless flow of financial data for iCapital’s clients and internal teams, supporting portfolio management system conversions to performance reconciliation.

You will lead data conversion projects, integrate historical data, support automated data feeds, and respond to ad-hoc data requests, working with cutting-edge technology on a dispersed,

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in the financial industry with proven financial product support and technical proficiency.
• Experience with Addepar and familiarity with other portfolio management systems (Advyzon, APX, Axys, Black Diamond, Orion, Ridgeline, Tamarac).
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manipulate text files; familiarity with JSON/XML is a plus.
• Experience with Python, SQL, Power Automate or other large data set software for data extraction and transformation.
• Proven history of automating data-related processes, including log file creation and maintenance.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients and dispersed teams.
• MS/MBA, CFA, CAIA, or CFP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead data conversion projects, including ETL between portfolio management systems and mapping data to new standards.
• Integrate historical financial data by converting unstructured data into structured formats.
• Provide support for automated data feeds and troubleshoot issues in daily transactions and positions imports.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests from client-facing teams with timely, accurate information.
