Job summary

TEKsystems in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Data Automation Analyst to design, develop, and support automation solutions that streamline operational workflows and reporting. This contract position is hybrid in Charlotte with local candidates preferred.

The role requires expert PowerShell, Power Query, and SQL/Oracle skills, along with strong business analysis capabilities and focus on scalable, auditable automation solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong PowerShell development experience with scripting, workflow automation, modular code design, logging, error handling, and scheduled job execution.
• Power Query data modeling and dashboard/report development.
• Proficiency with SQL and Oracle databases, including data extraction, querying, data validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Strong business analysis capabilities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and translating business rules into technical solutions.
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable automation solutions with controls, auditability, and documentation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $60.00/hr.
