Job summary

Sierra Nevada Company, LLC in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a Principal Product Architect - Data to lead the data architecture strategy across the organization, driving complex data initiatives and developing advanced models and roadmaps that align with enterprise standards and business goals.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, architects, SMEs, and the Enterprise PMO to govern data initiatives, guide roadmaps, and drive enterprise data integration across platforms, fostering data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years in Enterprise Architecture or related field.
• In lieu of a degree, 16 years of related experience may be substituted.
• Experience with TOGAF or similar frameworks.
• Experience drafting reference architecture and leading enterprise initiatives.
• Experience designing, developing, and integrating applications.
• Vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the company’s comprehensive data architecture strategy.
• Oversee the design and implementation of complex, enterprise-wide data initiatives.
• Develop strategic blueprints, roadmaps, and data models for data architecture adoption.
• Drive collaboration across senior leadership, architects, SMEs, and the Enterprise PMO.
• Identify and apply leading industry data architecture trends.
• Ensure data solutions meet enterprise standards and compliance requirements.
• Mentor IT teams on data architecture best practices.
• Develop enterprise data patterns, models, and standards.
• Lead enterprise data integration across platforms with a focus on efficiency.
• Foster data-driven innovation and continuous improvement.
