• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Analytics or related field.
• 10+ years in data architecture, data modeling, warehousing or enterprise information management.
• 5+ years leading data architecture teams and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Define and own enterprise data-architecture strategy, standards and roadmap.
• Own models: conceptual, logical and physical; ensure conformance across domains.
• Lead silver/bronze layer designs and PHI handling requirements.
• Direct Data Quality Analysts and MDM Data Stewards.
• Partner with Data Engineers on pipeline design and governance.
