Job summary

PNC seeks an experienced Data Architect to lead architecture and control frameworks for the DnA data ecosystem. You will design data movement controls, reconciliation pipelines, and semantic layers connecting relational warehouses, Hadoop, and on-prem Lakehouse environments.

You will define standards for high availability, security, and audited data movement, ensuring enterprise-grade governance across networks and private storage clusters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of industry experience in Data Architecture or Data Ops.
• Experience with on-premises data center environments and enterprise data management.

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership for control architecture evolution within the DnA Data Ops ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Architectural Leadership to define strategic roadmaps and prioritize items.
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure timely delivery of business priorities in monthly releases.
• Engage in requirements gathering with clients and create and sign off on design documents.
• Support enterprise architecture and perform proofs of concept for new requirements.
