Job summary

Planned Parenthood Federation of America seeks a conscientious Manager, Data Architect to design enterprise data architecture supporting fundraising and organizational strategy. The role reports to the Director of Data Architecture within the DOT division and focuses on scalable data lakehouse solutions, data modeling, and governance to enable data-driven decisions across PPFA.

The role requires 3–5 years in data architecture/engineering, strong SQL, and experience with Redshift and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3–5 years in enterprise data architecture/engineering (nonprofit preferred).
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with data warehouse methodologies and data engineering fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise data architecture for Development unit.
• Develop scalable data framework to advance fundraising goals.
• Advise on data integration and lakehouse delivery for improved outcomes.
• Create logical/physical data models and manage cross-team projects.
• Provide training and support on data services to stakeholders.
