Data Governance & Solution Enablement
  • Provide architectural oversight for data initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and long-term strategy.
  • Collaborate with Data Platform Engineering teams to establish reusable patterns, pipelines, and platform capabilities.
  • Evaluate architectural tradeoffs and provide guidance that balances business needs, scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Promote the adoption of shared datasets, semantic models, and standardized metrics across the enterprise.
Data Integration & Enterprise Strategy

  • Develop canonical data models that create consistency across platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Brightree, and other enterprise applications.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to standardize data definitions, improve data quality, and reduce duplication.
  • Establish governance frameworks supporting metadata management, security, compliance, and controlled data access.
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Contribute to the organization's long‑term data strategy and modernization roadmap.
Additional Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement of data platforms, processes, and standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Experience developing canonical data models and governing enterprise data standards.
  • Ability to balance immediate business needs with long‑term architectural sustainability.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
