Role: Senior Data Architect – EPIC & Population Health

Location: Remote (usually once in a quarter travel to Charlestown, Massachusetts, 10801)

Duration: Long Term

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Experience in Epic Caboodle Received Claims data model
• Understanding of Patient Care, HEDIS, Engagement, Care Coordination, Value-based care, risk sharing models
• Expertise in EMR data, claims data, public health databases, healthcare coding (e.g., ICT), social determinants of health data
• Experience or familiarity with Arcadia analytics platform for Population health
• Experience or familiarity with EPIC EMR
• Proficiency in Data Modeling, Power Query, Power Pivot, and DAX for report development
• Experience in data cleansing, ETL tools (SSIS, Matillion, etc.)
• Knowledge of Data Governance principles
• Expertise in SQL database management, SSIS package development, and SQL query writing
