Job summary

Cloud Analytics Technologies, LLC is looking for a senior Data Engineer to design and implement scalable data pipelines on Azure. You will work with Azure Data Factory, Databricks/Synapse, SQL Server and Power BI to deliver robust analytics solutions.

The role requires 8 years of data engineering experience, strong ETL/ELT, warehousing and modelling skills, and familiarity with CI/CD practices. Collaboration with stakeholders and mentoring of teammates are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Hands-on with Azure Data Factory, Databricks/Synapse, SQL Server and Power BI.
• 3+ years with Databricks or Synapse and Python/Spark.
• Experience with PowerShell and Power Automate is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing, data modelling, ETL/ELT, and Azure data architecture.
• Experience with ADLS, Delta Lake, Git, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines on Azure.
• Develop and optimize data models and warehousing solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into analytics solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and support governance and best practices.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and version control for data projects.
• Lead data quality and performance tuning initiatives.
