Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of application testing experience.
• Strong experience developing and writing SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience working with Oracle databases.
• Experience analyzing data and creating custom reports.
• Knowledge of QA/QC and data validation processes.
• Experience monitoring application performance and recommending improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to business users.
• Experience supporting business applications and coordinating with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain licensing, inspection, and enforcement data for accuracy and completeness.
• Develop QA and QC processes for application data.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, reporting, and QA activities.
• Analyze data and generate custom reports for operational and management needs.
• Coordinate database documentation and ensure adherence to data standards.
• Provide technical guidance, user support, and training on database workflows.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for users and teams.
• Support application testing, including validating enhancements and defects.
• Monitor application performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage application support tickets and coordinate ongoing maintenance.
• Generate recurring operational reports and support business process initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and reliable applications.
