Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with 2–4 years in a business analysis or related technical role.
• Advanced MySQL skills including complex query construction, optimization, and data validation.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and system integrations between internal and external platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Bridge IT and business units by gathering requirements and documenting specs for development.
• Assess client scope, identify gaps, and guide delivery with detailed requirements.
• Analyze client data samples to design and map document solutions and reduce billing inquiries.
• Lead client meetings and produce thorough notes for teams and stakeholders.
• Architect and maintain integrations across platforms for seamless data exchange.
• Deliver training materials and ensure tool adoption across teams.
• Support production graphics and digital artwork prep in cross-functional projects.
• Drive internal process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
