Goddard Riverside Community Center is hiring a Data and Compliance Coordinator to oversee program data entry and compliance documentation. This role supports the Education and Workforce team by ensuring high standards of data management and reporting.
Key responsibilities include maintaining data accuracy across systems, managing participant documentation, and conducting internal audits to support compliance. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
The Stanley M. Isaacs Neighborhood Center (Isaacs Center) is a non-profit, multi-service organization focusing primarily on the needs of children and low-income families, out-of-school and out-of-work youth and aging New Yorkers. We operate at community centers located in the neighborhoods of East Harlem and Yorkville, and seek to deliver programs that are impactful, innovative, and intergenerational.
Reporting to the Director of Operations and working closely with members of the Education and Workforce (EDW) team, the Data and Compliance Coordinator ensures clean, timely entry of program data, and full documentation compliance of funder requirements, and effective internal auditing across EDW programs. The role maintains data standards across systems (Salesforce, DYCD Connect, ASIST), coordinates documentation and monitoring for funders (DYCD, NYSED, WIOA/Workforce), and delivers actionable reporting to program leads and leadership. The Specialist partners with Program Managers, Career Services, and the organization’s fiscal team to align attendance, enrollments, outcomes, and fiscal documentation—protecting student privacy and improving results through continuous quality improvement.
35 hours per week.
$58,000 - $65,000 per year.

Essential physical requirements such as standing, stooping, or typing. May require light physical effort/lifting up to 20 pounds of promotional materials/equipment. Some travel within the five boroughs for meetings and site visits. May be required to work occasional evenings or weekends for special events.
