Allstate is seeking a seasoned Data & Analytics Lead Consultant to drive our enterprise data strategy, governance, and modernization efforts. You will lead cross-functional teams across data governance, analytics, and engineering to deliver trusted, secure, and scalable data capabilities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business and technology partners, modern data platforms, cloud-based services, and advisory leadership to advance data-driven decision making across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in data, analytics, technology, consulting or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, data engineering, and analytics.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional data and analytics initiatives.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms and cloud-based data services (Microsoft Fabric, Azure).
• Ability to translate business objectives into data, analytics, and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional data and analytics initiatives aligned with business and enterprise data strategies.
• Architect scalable data solutions that support analytical and business needs.
• Define data ownership, metadata, lineage, and quality expectations with business and technology teams.
• Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing and adoption of data and analytics best practices.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business implications, risks, and recommendations.
