Job summary

EVERSANA, a leader in life sciences commercialization, seeks an Associate Principal, Data & Analytics to oversee delivery of Complete/Integrated client programs in pharma and healthcare. You will coordinate with partners, EVERSANA operations, and other units to drive strategic planning and successful delivery of data-driven initiatives.

You will leverage real-world data assets to guide post-launch operations and pre-launch planning, developing client relationships and shaping advisory services.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution with 7+ years of relevant work experience (required)
• Advanced degree(s) (e.g., MBA, PhD) (highly preferred)
• Experience at a top global management consulting firm (preferred)
• Background in Pharmaceutical industry/life sciences
• Commercial Operations and Pharma Operations experience preferred
• Solid understanding of pharma industry data assets (medical and Rx claims, sell-in data, affiliations datasets, formulary data)
• Experience in using real-world data assets to optimize customer engagement models, segmentation & targeting, patient journey analytics

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership with our partners around the appropriate use of real-world data
• Plan, organize and lead internal engagement teams to develop analyses and strategic recommendations
• Deliver well-structured, high-quality deliverables for client satisfaction
• Take an active role in business development and SOW development
• Lead development of proposals for new projects in partnership with Global BD and EVERSANA D&A leadership
• Develop and grow data & analytics practice and intellectual capital
• Manage external relationships with clients, vendors and experts
• Recruit and coach junior team members; act as SME and thought partner
• Develop broader knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market
