Techtronic Industries - TTI is seeking an IT Data Analyst to support data analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled data solutions across CPT, OPE, and FC units in Carolina. You will partner with the DAIE team to build Power BI reports, Snowflake layers, and other data tools, aligning with enterprise standards and automated processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related discipline or MBA with data analytics focus.
• Proficiency with SQL, including writing, troubleshooting, and optimizing queries.
• Power BI report/dashboard development and data modeling (DAX).
• Experience with Python and AI-assisted development tools is preferred.
• Experience with Snowflake and dbt is a plus.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Kubernetes, or Docker is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across CPT, OPE, and FC units.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day data analytics, reporting, and troubleshooting support across CPT, OPE, and FC units.
• Builds, maintains, and enhances Power BI reports and dashboards for business decisions.
• Writes, tests, and troubleshoots SQL queries for reporting and data preparation.
• Supports migration of legacy reports into current-state Power BI apps and consolidates reports.
• Assists with Snowflake data preparation, transformation, and semantic model refreshes.
• Uses AI coding agents to accelerate development, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborates with DAIE team and stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure solutions.
• Documents data sources, report logic, and processes to reduce single points of failure.
• Trains and guides users on self-service data access and reporting.
