Job summary

The Data Specialist at CMA CGM Group in Norfolk acts as a catalyst for the Market Intelligence & Reporting Team. The role will maintain and automatize workflows between Group and local databases and prepare reports for Sales and Trade teams, with collaboration from Data Analysts.

Responsibilities include building a single source of truth for recurring reports, developing dashboards, and supporting On Demand presentations while managing multiple priorities under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of industry experience.
• 3-5 years Sales/Trade/Customer Service related.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in meetings to understand evolving needs and adapt reports.
• Create, maintain and improve the local database system as the single source of truth for recurring reports.
• Create workflows and automate reports and dashboards with Reporting Analysts and Management team.
• Support On Demand presentations to Sales and Trade Teams following pre-approved templates.
• Miscellaneous related duties or projects as assigned.
