Job summary

Regions is seeking a Data and Analytics Analyst to transform data for operational and decision-making purposes. You will work with senior analysts to gather, interpret, and present data for leaders to drive data-driven decisions.

Primary responsibilities include modifying reports, preparing visual presentations, and performing data analysis to support automated processes. The role requires strong SQL/SAS skills and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with required analytics experience.
• Two to four years in a data analytics or related role.

Responsibilities

• Modify reports to be readable and presentable to stakeholders.
• Prepare visual reports/presentations for management.
• Interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and operational impact.
• Perform data analysis to support data automation.
• Create and maintain databases for information storage and classification.
• Complete day-to-day deliverables and ad-hoc reports for business needs.
• Conduct quality data audits and data mining for compliance.
• Monitor analytics trends and seek improvements.
• Guide junior analysts and provide training and tools.
• Collaborate with Data Governance on data quality requirements.
