Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/analytical field.
• Strong interest in using data to solve business problems.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Leadership potential, initiative, and ownership of work.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
• GPA 3.2+ preferred.
• No visa sponsorship for this position.
• Program begins in 2027; graduates Dec 2026 or Spring 2027 encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover insights guiding business decisions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations communicating key trends.
• Partner with business and technology teams to translate needs into analytical solutions.
• Apply data management and governance to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Use SQL, Python, Tableau, and cloud-based platforms to support analytics.
• Deliver insights that influence business strategy and client/operational outcomes.
• Take ownership of projects and contribute to high-impact results.
• Collaborate across teams, share insights, and drive solutions.
• Build relationships with program managers, alumni, senior leaders, and peers.
• Meet regularly with department/program managers for coaching and mentorship.
