Job summary

• Master’s degree in a quantitative/analytical field.
• Minimum 5 years in data analysis, evaluation, and data management.
• Experience supervising staff and leading teams.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Directs and evaluates program managers in supportive, non-instructional services.
• Builds data capacity and uses KPIs to drive improvements.
• Designs and maintains data architecture and workflows.
• Assesses program impact using qualitative and quantitative data.
