Job summary

National Grid is seeking a Product Manager for the Data & Analytics Platform. The role is located in a hybrid setup across NY/MA, with flexibility for remote work and office collaboration. You will drive demand management, prioritization, and delivery coordination across multiple platform products to maximize business value.

You will partner with data teams, governance, security, and leadership to translate objectives into actionable plans, track outcomes, and report progress to executives.

Qualifications

• Experience in product/program/project delivery or technology portfolio management.
• Experience with Agile delivery models and backlog management practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business objectives into clear requirements and delivery outcomes.
• Experience producing executive-level reporting and delivery communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand intake processes across data and analytics platforms.
• Facilitate prioritization activities to align work with objectives and capacity.
• Maintain integrated roadmaps and delivery backlogs across multiple platform products.
• Coordinate dependencies across engineering, governance, security, and vendors.
• Develop and communicate roadmap updates, delivery status, risks, decisions, and business outcomes.
• Monitor ServiceNow tickets and support requests, ensuring timely resolution.
