Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• At least 3+ years of management experience.
• At least 7+ years of data analysis and reporting or relevant experience.
• Expert level knowledge of SQL.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team responsible for reporting and analysis of various data.
• Proactively identify opportunities based on trends to inform improvements.
• Manage high visibility projects and interface with senior management.
• Conduct complex data analysis for analytic solutions.
• Capture data definitions, business rules, and quality requirements.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to produce data elements.
• Create forecasts, reports, dashboards, and ad hoc requests.
• Interpret data and provide insights on operational impact and trends.
• Develop reports for upper management and communicate with stakeholders.
• Identify data quality improvements and maintain reporting formats.
• Define reports based on business requests and improve strategies with data.
