Job summary

Charter Communications' Spectrum Reach team in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to lead a data and reporting group. You will oversee forecasting, dashboards, ad hoc analyses, and data quality across multiple functions to drive operational insights and strategic decisions.

You'll collaborate with senior leadership to translate complex data into actionable recommendations, manage high-visibility projects, and mentor a team of analysts to deliver timely, accurate results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of management experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of data analysis and reporting or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team responsible for reporting and analysis of various data.
• Proactively identify opportunities based on trends and inform improvements.
• Lead high-visibility projects with senior management and deliver results.
• Conduct complex data analysis for analytic solutions.
• Capture and document data definitions and quality requirements.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to produce required elements.
• Create forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, dashboards and more.
• Interpret data to provide insights on operations and trends.
• Develop reports for upper management and communicate with stakeholders.
• Identify data quality improvements and enforce reporting standards.
• Create and maintain report formats, dashboards, and portals.
• Ensure data audits and accuracy of deliverables.
• Define report specifications from business requests.
• Explore data to develop new strategies and optimization methods.
• Review data accuracy and coach team to high standards.
• Perform other duties as requested.
