Spectrum is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to turn data into insights that steer Spectrum’s resource optimization and operational decisions. You will deliver forecasts and reports, supporting management with trend analysis and opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities include creating data definitions, dashboards, and audits to ensure data quality, and presenting findings to stakeholders at all levels. This role emphasizes independent work and collaboration in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of data analysis and reporting or related experience.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify business opportunities.
• Effective verbal and written communication with all levels of management.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct advanced data analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Develop and document data definitions, business rules and quality requirements to maintain high standards.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to generate comprehensive reporting elements.
• Create forecasts, dashboards and ad hoc reports to provide management with valuable insights.
• Interpret data to highlight operational impacts, identify trends and recommend opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and deliver reports to management while communicating findings to stakeholders at all levels.
• Identify and drive improvements in data quality and reporting, ensuring compliance through audits and analysis.
