Capital One is seeking a Data Analysis Manager in ES Risk Analytics to lead analytics-driven decision making and mentor a team of junior analysts. You will drive strategy, build models, and work with large-scale data in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

You will oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, collaborating across business units while improving processes and data quality. A BI focus and experience with AWS and Tableau are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative field plus senior-level analytics experience.
• Master’s Degree with required degree by start date and 4+ years analytics experience.
• At least 4 years of experience performing professional data analysis work.
• At least 4 years of experience performing programming.
