Job summary

Community Health Resources is seeking a Data Analytics Manager in Windsor, CT with a 40-hour workweek. The role blends on-site and remote work, leading analytics operations, data quality, and reporting for program and administrative functions.

The successful candidate will have 5–7 years in data analytics, strong skills in Power BI, SQL, and dashboards, and experience guiding cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights for decision-making within a nonprofit healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information System, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 to 7 years’ experience in data analytics, reporting, data management, or performance improvement. Supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience developing dashboards and reporting tools for operational/strategic use.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day analytics, reporting, and data submission activities across the team.
• Translate organizational needs into clearly defined deliverables and prioritize work.
• Oversee the design and execution of data analyses and the development of reports/dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and technical partners to define reporting needs and outputs.
• Support standardized reporting processes and analytics workflows.
