General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to lead a remote, cross-functional team delivering analytics products, dashboards, and decision-support tools for federal programs serving refugee, immigrant, and social service populations.

The role combines technical project management with analytics leadership, stakeholder engagement, and systems oversight to develop modern data platforms, promote automation, advanced visualization, and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience interpreting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data.
3+ years managing data, analytics, BI, product, or technical projects; Agile delivery experience preferred.
3+ years of supervisory, team lead, project management, or product management experience.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of data and analytics projects, dashboards, reports, and data products.
Develop and maintain project plans, resource plans, schedules, and risk logs.
Advise clients on priorities, tradeoffs, and timelines.
Serve as the primary technical liaison for data, analytics, and reporting initiatives.
Lead requirements gathering and present findings to senior stakeholders.
Oversee the design and deployment of Tableau and/or Power BI dashboards.
Guide data preparation, integration, and automation using SQL, R, Python, ETL/ELT, Databricks.
Promote predictive and proactive decision-making across programs.
