Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental seeks a Vice President of Data & Analytics to lead enterprise data, analytics, and BI strategy from our Somerville, MA office. You will partner with executive leadership to deliver scalable analytics using Power BI and Fabric, driving data-driven decisions across the organization.

The role reports to the CIO and starts onsite, transitioning to a hybrid model. You will mentor teams, establish governance, and elevate KPI visibility across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 10+ years in BI, analytics, or data management.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, data warehousing, data modeling, and SQL.
• Proven ability to develop executive dashboards and KPI frameworks.
• Strong data governance practices and data quality standards.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership, BPOs, and BPLs to align analytics with strategy.
• Deliver scalable, maintainable analytics and reporting solutions.

Vice President, Data & Analytics

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Vice President, Data & Analytics based out of our Somerville, MA office.

This individual will lead Triumvirate’s enterprise data, analytics, reporting, and business intelligence strategy. Partners closely with executive leadership, Business Process Owners (BPOs), and the VP of Business Applications to deliver scalable analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision support capabilities using Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

This position reports to our Chief Information Officer. This position will be fully onsite for the first 90 days. After 90 days, the position will follow a hybrid schedule approved by the manager and Human Resources.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 10+ yearsof experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or data management.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, data warehousing, data modeling, and SQL.
• Proven experience developing executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and enterprise analytics solutions.
• Strong understanding of data governance, reporting standards, and data quality best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership to drive data-driven decision-making and business outcomes.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to mentor team members, drive analytics adoption, and lead organizational change initiatives.
• Microsoft Power BI and/or Microsoft Fabric certifications preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
• Must have a reliable form of transportation
