Qualifications

• At least 4 years of programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Driving the strategy and implementation of AI-readiness initiatives for the Discover Personal Loans business, ensuring data is centralized, well-documented, and optimized for advanced analytical modeling.
• Leading the modernization of monitoring and governance processes by automating manual controls and establishing scalable data abstraction layers for seamless integration.
• Championing data quality and standardization to enhance usability of core DPL data for cross-functional teams.
• Leverage analytics to create a customer experience above our peers.
• Lead a team of junior analysts and mentor their careers.
