Capital One is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to drive AI-readiness initiatives for the Discover Personal Loans business, ensuring data is centralized, documented, and optimized for advanced modeling. You will lead governance modernization and champion data quality across cross-functional teams.

You will mentor junior analysts and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a strong BI focus and minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative field plus 6+ years analytics experience or Master’s Degree plus 4+ years analytics experience
• 4+ years of professional data analysis experience
• 4+ years of experience performing programming

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and implementation of AI-readiness initiatives for the DPL business, ensuring centralized, well-documented data
• Automate controls and build scalable data abstraction layers for integration
• Champion data quality and standardization to empower cross-functional decisions
• Mentor junior analysts and guide team development
• Collaborate across business units to leverage analytics for competitive advantage
• Own the full lifecycle of analytics projects and deliver measurable results
