We’re seeking a hands-on **Data Analytics Manager** to lead efforts in advanced **data wrangling**, **GenAI experimentation**, and **business analysis** to generate insights and solutions. You will co-own the scaling of our **GenAI** program, empowering our teams to manage client relationships effectively. Your work will span multiple business units, bringing innovative solutions to life. Additionally, this role involves supporting various analytics projects using **Python, SQL,** and **Tableau**.

Day-to-day, you will collaborate with stakeholders to develop **GenAI** solutions, test outputs, and work with engineers and data scientists to integrate these into existing systems. Continuous monitoring and prompt optimization will be key to ensuring quality and impact.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO:**

**Typical Day:**

• GenAI Solutions: Collaborate with business teams to develop, test, and refine GenAI use cases, including prompt engineering.
• Tableau: Troubleshoot and optimize dashboards and data sources for accuracy and performance.
• Advanced Analytics: Conduct ad hoc analyses and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Continuous Learning: Explore new GenAI techniques, share insights, and foster innovation within the team.

Qualifications include an advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or relevant coursework, though experience is more critical. Successful candidates will have **5-7 years** of relevant experience.

**To succeed, you should have:**

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, ML/AI, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with **GenAI**, prompt engineering, using **Python**.
• Strong **SQL** and **Python** skills; experience with cloud platforms like **Databricks** or **AWS**.
• Proven ability to create, maintain, and troubleshoot **Tableau** dashboards.
• An analytical mindset and curiosity to solve ambiguous problems.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative style.
• Experience working directly with stakeholders to translate needs into data solutions.
