This is an individual contributor role with a hybrid onsite schedule: 3 days a week in Parsippany, NJ, or Alpharetta, GA.

We’re seeking a hands-on Data Analytics Manager to blend advanced data wrangling, applied GenAI experimentation, and sharp business analysis to drive insights and solutions.
This role will share ownership of scaling our GenAI program, empowering associates to manage client relationships, and will support various analytics projects leveraging Python, SQL, and Tableau.
Daily responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to develop and refine GenAI use cases, troubleshooting Tableau dashboards, performing ad hoc analysis, and exploring new GenAI techniques to foster innovation.
An advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or relevant coursework is a plus but not required. The key is having 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
