Responsibilities

1. Experience in multiple agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe, Lean, etc), and have the ability and flexibility to adapt the approach to fit team and product environment.
2. Facilitates the Scrum process to include Daily Scrum Stand-up meetings, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Assists with internal and external communication, improving transparency and radiating information. Provides updates on the team's status and removes impediments to increase the probability of success in each Sprint. Establishes a team environment by building trust and creating transparency.
3. Work with business and IT stakeholders in creating/maintaining the User Stories, Deliverables, Backlog, Jira board, Team Capacity planning, etc.
4. Basic understanding of leading tools and technologies in the Data and Analytics space such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL Server, etc.
5. Project planning, smooth project execution and delivery for GenAI and LLM related projects.
6. Prioritize work, handle multiple tasks, achieve set goals, and deliver timely results.
7. Ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
8. Top Communication and Business Engagement skills in a fast-paced environment.
9. Scrum certification will be good to have but not mandatory.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Technology, Computer Science or other related fields preferred.
2. 10+ Years experience with a bachelor’s degree or higher in information technology or related field with demonstrated strong skills in project management.
3. 5+ Years’ experience in managing projects related to GenAI and LLM related projects.
4. Working knowledge of databases and Basic SQL.
5. Experience working in Agile development for data driven solutions.
6. Collaborate with product owners to organize and prioritize work leveraging Agile project management methodology.
7. A good understanding of the full project life cycle.
8. Familiarity with documentation in all phases of the project.
9. Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and facilitate testing.
