Job summary

Grant Thornton (US) seeks a Data & Analytics Manager to join GTec, driving scalable data integration and governed analytics across acquisitions.

You will design, build, test, and support data pipelines that ingest, transform, and archive data from acquired companies, ensuring quality and security within enterprise standards. Collaborate with data architecture, security, and business teams to deliver trusted data assets for reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting production data pipelines.
• Hands-on Snowflake experience including loading, transformation, and archiving.
• Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems and SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of data quality, metadata, lineage, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and support enterprise data pipelines for acquired-company data.
• Implement ingestion, transformation, validation, and archival patterns per enterprise standards.
• Support data archival solutions in Snowflake for historical reporting and compliance.
• Collaborate with data architecture and enterprise teams to follow approved patterns and governance.
• Translate requirements into data mappings, transformations, and deployment activities.
• Develop scalable data engineering processes for batch, incremental, and event-driven movement.
• Implement data quality checks, reconciliation, monitoring, and operational controls.
• Support go-live readiness and transition of pipelines to steady-state data operations.
