Job summary

Eagle Hill Consulting, LLC is seeking a Data and Analytics Manager to lead CBP-focused projects in data modernization, BI, and process improvement. The role combines hands-on analytics with consulting leadership, translating client needs into scalable data solutions.

You will work directly with clients to design and deliver data-driven outcomes, mentor junior staff, and drive initiatives that strengthen decision-making and operational efficiency across engagements in the Washington, DC metro

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience designing data/analytics solutions (ETL/ELT, data warehouses/lakes).
• Experience with APIs, ERP systems, databases, or enterprise platforms.
• Experience using Power Platform, Python, SQL or similar tools.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and lead projects.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted client relationships and advise on data/analytics and process improvements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements with data mappings.
• Design, build, and optimize data/analytics solutions including warehouses, lakes, and pipelines.
• Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and automated workflows to improve decision-making.
• Lead projects and workstreams, coordinating teams and stakeholder communications.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development activities.
