Eagle Hill is seeking a Data and Analytics Manager to fill potential project roles for our U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) client. These projects will focus on data and analytics, enterprise data modernization, business intelligence, systems integration, automation, and business process improvement.
Applicants must be willing and able to work on client sites within the Washington, DC metro area on a daily basis, or as required by the client.
These roles combine hands-on data and technology expertise with strong consulting and leadership skills to translate client needs into practical, user-focused solutions. The Data and Analytics Manager will work directly with clients to design and deliver solutions across data modernization, governance, business intelligence, automation, systems integration, and process improvement that strengthen decision-making, improve efficiency, and create measurable client impact.
At Eagle Hill, consultants grow their technical and consulting skills through hands‑on project delivery and client‑facing work. Managers are expected to build trusted client relationships, lead projects and workstreams, lead technical solution development, and deliver high-quality outcomes that create measurable client impact.
Compensation: A reasonable expectation for a starting salary range is: $117,000 - $140,000. This range is reflective of the Washington, DC metropolitan area. When extending offers, we consider level of experience and location.
