Job summary

Fortive in Everett, WA is seeking a Manager, Data and Analytics to lead the CIO analytics team delivering trusted data products, reporting, and AI models that inform measurable business decisions.

You will own the analytics and AI modeling roadmap, manage a team of analysts, data scientists, and engineers, and partner with business stakeholders to translate questions into analytics work, ensuring models are validated, monitored, and governed.

Qualifications

• Leading data analytics or AI modeling teams.
• Strong SQL and Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience with BI and visualization tools for decision-ready reporting.
• Ability to scope ambiguous business questions into deliverable analytics work.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers.
• Deliver AI model forecasting, propensity, risk, demand, and anomaly detection solutions.
• Own analytics and AI modeling roadmap for assigned areas.
• Translate business questions into analytical problems with clear success criteria.
• Manage intake and prioritization of analytics requests and define business value.
