Job summary

EECU Fort Worth, TX seeks a Manager, AI and Data Analytics to lead enterprise AI, analytics, and data initiatives that drive smarter decisions, improved operational efficiency, and enhanced member experiences.

This role serves as a liaison between business and technology, transforming organizational data into actionable insights and establishing a foundation for AI, automation, and BI across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in systems analysis, data analytics, or IT.
• Experience leading enterprise analytics, AI, automation, or BI initiatives.
• Experience managing technical teams in Agile environments.
• Advanced SQL and BI experience.
• Strong communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise AI, automation, and analytics strategies.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve processes and outcomes.
• Partner with executive leadership to prioritize high-value initiatives.
• Lead AI proofs-of-concept, pilots, and scalable production implementations.
• Establish AI governance, security standards, and performance monitoring.
• Develop data strategies, governance, and enterprise data architecture.
• Define enterprise reporting standards and executive dashboards.
• Manage and mentor a team of Data Analysts.
