Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or analytics management experience.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise reporting, analytics, or data governance initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, relational databases, data Modeling, and BI platforms.
• Experience with data governance, data quality, privacy, and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise reporting, analytics, BI, data governance, and data management.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year data and analytics roadmap.
• Oversee data platform architecture selection and implementation.
• Provide leadership for data engineering, analytics, and stewardship activities.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and data-retention requirements.
• Build dashboards and self-service analytics to improve visibility and decisions.
• Manage vendor relationships and external partners.
