Job summary

Southland Industries is seeking a Manager of Data & Analytics to lead a team of data engineers, BI developers, and contractors. You will partner with Enterprise Architecture, IT, and AI teams to ensure modern, governed, scalable, and AI-ready data platforms.

The role emphasizes accountability, engineering excellence, and continuous learning. You will oversee Power BI dashboards, data warehouses, semantic models, and implementation best practices while promoting governance, CI/CD, and automation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, data analytics, engineering, or related field.
10+ years in Data & Analytics, data engineering, BI, or database development.
5+ years leading technical teams and delivering enterprise analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead the Data & Analytics team with accountability for delivery and quality.
Oversee enterprise Power BI dashboards, reporting standards, and governance.
Drive Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and project risk management.
Lead data platform leadership including Fabric, SQL, lakes/warehouses, and AI readiness.
Foster innovation, DevOps practices, and scalable, automated engineering.
